Jesse ate after coming home from school, then promptly fell asleep.
One sock fell off.

Jesse gets increasingly frustrated because he’s dressed as a duck
So, the other day, Jesse was in his terry duck suit. He was not being cooperative when it came to posing, so I will simply share all of the mediocre photos below:

Setting up Jesse’s mobile took the better part of six weeks, after a lengthy attempt to return it to Amazon as defective. Thanks to Kate at Trend Lab, though, we were able to acquire a new music box. Now the kid can’t get enough.
After a hard day at the office …
Jesse visited Mommy’s office Tuesday and was surrounded by lots of people eager to meet him.
When he came home, all he wanted to do was kick back on the Boppy.
Amazon & Peapod = truly awesome
Answering the door is a lot easier than trying to get out the door with a baby, I’ve decided.
That’s why I love Amazon — we’ve had piles of baby gifts delivered, plus diapers, wipes, formula, baby shampoo and anything else that we suddenly realized we needed, like more pacifiers. (Bonus: All those deliveries helped produce moving boxes for Betsy & Tim.)
I’ve also recently started using Peapod for grocery delivery, and I love that 1. The ice cream arrives colder than if I were bringing it home from the store in the car; and 2. Heavy items like cases of water are carried into the house.
I feel like Sandra Bullock in The Net.

Jesse really enjoys chilling out in the warm water, and especially loves the sprayer in the kitchen sink.
He really hates it when it’s time to get toweled off, though.
