On Wednesday, Jesse was practicing somersaults in the water.
He enjoyed doing that so much, he gave it a try on the bungee jumper at Hot Shabbat!

Jesse has started “razzing,” making a raspberry sound with his tongue. I decided to show him how it’s done.
Thanks to Uncle Bob and Aunt Amy, Jesse’s jump toy got installed.
Here’s Jesse as he was waking up this morning.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, Jesse sat in the exersaucer at school for a few minutes — a first. So I decided it was time to set up the one I found on Craigslist.
I tried it out Thursday morning. Jesse seems to dig it.
It’s living next to his Pack’n’Play for now.
I wedged him in with a towel, just like at school.
His feet just reach the floor on tip-toe (it’s set to the lowest height).
I bet he’s going to enjoy all of the noise-making jungle animals. But right now, he mostly seemed surprised not to be lying down.
Jesse, like most babies, enjoys looking in mirrors. It makes tummy time that much more fun when there’s something to watch.
