Jesse got to do whatever he wanted, like eating with his hands and playing with his farm without clothes on.

Jesse had a packed Saturday after spending the week recovering from his virus. He:
* Did some quality standing at Gymboree;

Enjoyed a free kid’s quesadilla at Cafe Rio (which Mommy helped him finish);

Slept through Mommy’s pedicure;

Tried out some new swings.

Jesse is still feeling poorly, but when the Tylenol hits his system, he’s pretty playful. Check out his mad skillz with the blankee while in the swing.

I took Jesse to a Purim carnival in Springfield; the previous weekend, I had picked up a Halloween costume at a church sale that was a little big but would work just fine. He got to try out the bouncer house all alone; the ticket taker said she’d keep older kids out while he crawled around.

Here’s a look at how Jesse looks when I get him in the evening.

Jesse had a fine time sharing a baked potato with me at dinner.

I bought orecchette and tore them in half, mixed with a plain tomato sauce and butter.

I would call this a success, but a messy one.
